Andy Gilley is a Professional Engineer for Qk4 (Architecture, Engineering, Planning) Consulting Firm, where he specializes in Highway and Transportation Design. Andrew has worked for Qk4 since his graduation from the University of Kentucky in 2001 with a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering. Andrew was recognized by the American Society of Civil Engineers – KY Section with the Outstanding Young Engineer Award in 2008 and recently became a LEED Accredited Professional in 2009.
